2. Product information

Our standard structures are hand built for you at your specified location, unless specifically designated the material will be a FSC registered supply of Pressure Treated softwood timber, all structures have a 12 months limited warranty against manufacturing defects; as with any natural softwood material there will be deviations in the grain such as (but not limited to) knots, splits, bark inclusions, twists, grading and marks and cracks. The wood will be transient during the year due to the effects of the ever changing external elements and therefore we do suggest some additional protection is applied to weather facing surfaces every two or three years to prolong the lifespan of the product. Products unless specifically stated in invoice or order confirmation are freestanding units and not deemed waterproof or leak proof, due to the nature of the product leaks may occur in roof joints and overlaps unless protected by a roofing membrane and a covering layer.

3. Deposits and Installation Dates

Upon placing an order for goods and services, a confirmation email shall be sent to the email address provided detailing the proposed installation/build date, this date is considered as acceptable unless you request an alternative date within ten (10) working days of placing an order. The installation/build date is confirmed upon the debiting of the deposit value, either by direct transfer of funds or the Paymentl link provided with the invoice, in either case the invoice number should be used as reference on the debit.
